These Terms and Conditions for attendees apply to every person registering as a regular attendee (for any of four conference days included in Bratislava Business Week 2019: The Strategy Design Conference , The Innovation Summit, The Excellence Marathon Conference, The Human Empire Conference) and for companies that will purchase company tickets as a package for whole event Bratislava Business Week 2019 (#WeekOfBiz) including all the mentioned conferences, that will be held in Bratislava, Slovakia from 1st April till 4th April  2019 (hereafter referred to as “Bratislava Business Week”), organised by Baarco & Tish s.r.o. (hereafter referred to as “the Organiser”). 


The reduced registration fees are only applicable if they have been paid to the event account before the according deadlines are over. Registering without performing an actual payment in due time will automatically set your balance to the higher fee applicable on web. The deadlines are as follows:

EARLY BIRD TICKETS deadline 31 January  2019

REGULAR TICKETS deadline 28  February 2019

LATE TICKETS deadline 20 March 2019


Only fully completed online registrations will be accepted. Registration confirmation with prepayment invoice will be sent by email shortly after your registration. The confirmation of your payment will be sent to you afterwards with the receipt of payment/ original invoice. If the full payment has not been received before the deadline indicated (Early bird / Regular), the registration will be cancelled and you will have to complete the registration again with possible higher fee applicable on web.

All conference information will be available on Bratislava Business Week website. If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse additional registrations before stated registration deadline (20 March 2019). The registration fees do not include VAT.


A registration confirmation will be sent by email after the complete online registration with prepayment invoice that should be paid in specified time. Attendees will not be requested to present this registration confirmation at Organiser´s registration counter as proof of their registration and payment as all the data will be processed electronically.

Payments should be made in advance and in EUR only, using a credit card or by bank transfer. It is necessary to indicate the invoice through your registration number (it will be included in prepayment invoice that will be sent in confirmation email after your registration) by using it as a variable symbol for your payment.


Name changes will be accepted only at dedicated email address by indicating the previous name and new name (direct swap) including the required new contact details as in registration sheet available on the website until 20 March 2019. After this date, all name changes and smooth registration flow are not guaranteed by the Organiser.

Notice of cancellation (e.g. in case of sickness, unexpected incidents or any other personal reasons) must be made in writing by email, i.e. the Organiser´s office. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Organiser is received. No refunds will be granted for unattended events or late termination of attendance or any other incidents during the conference, which are beyond the control of the Organiser.
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:

– before 10 March 2019:                                                      100 % refund

– between 11 March and 19 March 2019:                 50 % refund

– after 20 March 2019:                                                           no refund

Please indicate your bank details on your written cancellation. All the refunds will be made after the conference. In the case of wrong payment or double payment, refund requests must be made also in writing and sent to the Organiser´s office, by email Cancellations made after the deadline (20 March 2019) cannot be refunded for any reason.


The Organiser reserves the right to modify the programme. No refunds can be granted in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the conference room or any other incidents during the conferences which are beyond the control of the Organiser.


Important notice: All the images, videos (or any other posts) that are Bratislava Business Week related or any kind of tracking activities during and after the conference should be used/tagged online with the unique event hashtag: #WeekOfBiz

The Organiser may without the further consent of the attendees use and release pictures and videos taken during the conference days for reports of the event and/or in future marketing materials. By registering to the Bratislava Business Week, all attendees agree that photographs, sound tracks or video recordings taken during the event, that could include recognizable images or voices of attendees, may be posted on the event website and relevant social media. All recordings will be treated sensitively and discreetly. Names will not be published. Bratislava Business Week is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit attendees, exhibitors, partners and media from photographing, video or audio-taping selected event activities. The Organiser reserves the right to further use all the images taken at Bratislava Business Week – photographs, social media posts for the purpose of future marketing materials. The Organiser is NOT responsible for individual attendee’s use of images and any kind of online posts.

These General Terms And Conditions are valid and effective as of 1st October 2018.
