Bratislava Business Week 2019 will take place April 1-4, 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

WORLD OF CHOICE

SWAP BREAK is the one hour break between two Content blocks during the conference day. It is the exact time slot, when attendees with ULTRAFLEXIBLE TICKETS can swap (at check-in / check-out corners on the hotel ground floor). For smooth registration flow, it is necessary for morning attendee to check-out before the afternoon attendee checks in. The registration process operates electronically, through previously confirmed data about all the registered attendees and there will be no further person entrance possible if this procedure will not be followed in-tact. We care about comfort, safety and fair play for all our guests.

One of the Bratislava Business Week´s best assets is the possibility to share the tickets within the team, company or friends even. We would like everybody to enjoy the content, save time and choose the particular time during the week that is truly the best fit for your areas of interest. FLEXIBLE TICKETS mean that every day a different person can join the conference. Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Your registration is valid for both stages during the day. Please note that second stage is of a limited capacity, please check-in early to ensure your seat in the conference room. Yes of course! For those who like to enjoy conferencing together, Organiser brings a special one-day offer. Please visit the Booking page and go for TWIN PASS.

Yes, selected talks and panel discussions will be available live through one of event´s media channels. After the registration closes, the Organiser will announce the channel and timing of live streaming specials.

REGISTRATION

Future attendees will be able to buy tickets in active registration season For more information about the registration options, feel free to visit the Booking page

It is possible to pass your ticket to somebody else, but only at active registration season. Please note that requests for change must be sent in writing at guestlist@bratislavabusinessweek.sk, with the expected confirmation from Organiser´s office within two business days. Any change requests made after the deadline March 1, 2019 cannot be guaranteed. For more information about tickets and registration, please visit General Terms And Conditions page.

Registration fees are refundable depending on the registration season. Please note that cancellation requests must be sent in writing at guestlist@bratislavabusinessweek.sk with the expected confirmation from Organiser´s office within two business days. GENERAL ORGANISATION

Direct contact for dedicated call-to person will be delivered to all our registered guests few days before the event. For general and program related questions, we enable several channels to answer most of your questions with digital experience – via personalised chat-bot, and social media. The Organiser will also present the Experience Team, a group of go-to people ready to offer the assistance.

After the registration, all attendees´ personal data will be processed in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on the amendments and supplements of certain Acts by the Organiser (Baarco & Tish s. r. o.). Yes, of course. If you want to book a hotel room in DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bratislava, please contact the Organiser´s office at guestlist@bratislavabusinessweek.sk with your request and find out more information. Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in any conference ticket.
